- Site preparation, excavation and foundation works
- Construction of academic buildings, laboratories, faculty offices, greenhouses and demonstration farms
- Durable materials with design features for natural light, ventilation, energy efficiency and accessibility
- Installation of MEP systems — electrical, plumbing, HVAC and backup power
- Access roads, landscaping, security and outdoor learning spaces
